The enchanting universe of shells, sea birds, the fascinating world of sharks... Come to the Musée de l'Amiral and discover these rare and intriguing species that make the beautyof our planet. Discover natuer in real life situations thanks to our pedagogical circuit and its interactive terminals. To recognise a bird, its song and its envirinment, select the animal ; a lamp indicates its presence, its sound can be heard and its identification sheet appears. An interactive museum! And you can also learn about its nest and eggs! 7 films tell you about the exciting sea world: the birth of the Museum, fishing at sea, picking algae Tahiti pearl oysters, looking after birds or making fish preserves. The Musée de l'Amiral also displays extraordinary fossils, minerals with glimmering colours, algae, crustaceans of exceptional sizes, starfishes and many other treasures. Do not leave without a souvenir! Our sea shells can be a marvellous decoration for your home. You can also visit our regional produce sop (with the best produce of Brittany).
